We need to let our Representatives know that we need more time to comment on this consequential change!

Here is a sample comment:

Subject: Proposed Endangered Species Act Modification Docket (FWS-HQ-ES-2025-0034)

"The Administration is proposing a very consequential rule change modifying the definition of "Harm" under the Endangered Species Act. This modification will have multiple and significant real world implications. The unusually short 30-day comment period does not allow adequate time to provide appropriately thorough comments. Please help to secure an extension of the comment period to 90 days from the date of publication to provide the public with sufficient time to respond."
